Cheyne Court and Rossetti Garden Mansions comprise 128 flats whose freehold is owned by Enteraden Ltd. Each lessee purchases one share in the freehold company when they purchase a flat. The board of directors is made up exclusively of lessees who volunter to manage the company and the website. They are assisted by a qualified Estate Manager, and a team of staff. No outside managing agents are employed.

Much of the blocks' charm is that the flats all vary in size and character – some have roof terraces or patios – and there are a number of double-height original artists studios at the top of Rossetti Garden Mansions. The board's mission is to make the two properties the most desirable Victorian mansion blocks in Chelsea to live in and enjoy by managing our own future. Recently that has included a massive lift replacement programme, installation of Hyperoptic superfast broadband and additional security and CCTV.

Cheyne Court and Rossetti Garden Mansions are ideally situated close to the river Thames in Old Chelsea. They are close to the Physic Gardens, the Kings Road, the National Army Museum and the Royal Hospital. Battersea Park is just across the river. The area is quiet and peaceful with ample resident permit parking for owners and residents.

There are excellent transport links with Sloane Square tube station eight minutes walk away and a direct bus service from Victoria Station stops at Cheyne Court. South Kensington tube is also within walking distance and there are frequent bus services running along the Kings Road.
